We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, you must initiate the return process within this timeframe. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The hat must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Any accessories or free gifts included with the original order must also be returned.

3. Return Process

To ensure a successful return:

  2. Get Authorization:
    Our customer service team will provide a return authorization and detailed return instructions.

  3. Pack the Item:
    Carefully package the hat in the original packaging (or similar protection). Include the authorization and documentation.

    Send the return to the address provided using a trackable and insured shipping method.
    Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Rejected Refunds:

  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, our team will contact you to explore other options.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color within the return window.

  • Follow the standard return process.

  • Once the return is approved, we will ship your replacement.

  • Price differences (if any) will be adjusted.
